At Sweet Depression, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policies before placing an order.

Print-on-Demand Editions

All Editions products, including apparel, accessories, artwork, and other made-to-order items, are produced specifically for each customer.

Because these products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Couture & Archive Releases

All Couture and Archive Release garments are one-of-a-kind pieces.

Due to their unique and limited nature, all sales of couture garments and archive pieces are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit; or
  • The item differs substantially from its description.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe there is an issue with your couture purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Print-on-demand orders may be canceled or modified only before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Couture and Archive Release orders may not be canceled once payment has been processed unless otherwise agreed upon before shipment.

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on product type and destination.

Sweet Depression is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Events beyond our control

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
